I have three! Butterfly is a cranky but cuddly old lady who mostly sleeps the day away. Lemon is a smart girl who has learned to do a variety of tricks, including high fives. And Otis is a chatty and silly guy who will play with anything.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I like to talk about routines and expectations, to hopefully minimize the changes for your cat. And I want to hear any concerns so I know what to look out for and how I can help.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I make sure to move slowly and quietly, and let them approach me in their own time. But if they want to hide or keep their distance, I will respect that and just check to make sure they look healthy and are safe.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
