Hi! I’m a lifelong cat mom and a proud parent to my two babies, Moxie and Colby Jack. I’ve been around all types of cats whether it’s a cuddly kitten to a senior cat who needs their space.

When I drop in to see your fur baby, I will treat your kitty as if they were my own! Yes, that means the high-pitched voices to taking care of their everyday needs. I have experience with medications of all sorts thanks to the cats that I grew up with and the cats that I currently own.
I rescued Colby Jack from the local SPCA where he came from a hoarding situation that left him with permanent scarring on his eyes and a bad upper respiratory infection. I had to tend to him for weeks to get him better. With that, I understand the importance of following instructions to a tee. My goal is for you to have full trust with me taking care of your babies!
I currently live in the Manayunk area and I can go to areas such as: Abington, Chestnut Hill, Mt. Airy, Germantown, Conshohocken, Roxborough and Plymouth Meeting.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I enjoy cat sitting because I love to meet all kinds of kitties! I enjoy cats that are easygoing, like to chill on the couch or cats that need some extra patience. All types of kitties deserve love and connection even if it takes time. I love giving the kitty some interaction while you’re away!
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have two cats currently! Their names are Moxie (short for Moxie-rella) and Colby ( short for Colby Jack). Moxie is a medium haired black and white baby while Colby is an orange and white tabby. They are both around 1 year and half!
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
My typical process for working with a new cat parent is to learn all about their kitty with anything ranging from medications, needs, toys they love, and what their personality is like.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Philadelphia cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $26.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.
We recommend booking daily visits to keep your cats in their routine and help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.

Kaitlyn is the absolute best! This was my second time having Kaitlyn take care of my 4 kitties and she is absolutely fabulous. She is wonderful with my cats and is very attentive, thorough, conscientious, communicative, and sends amazing updates! I tend to experience some anxiety being away from my cats when I go out of town, but I feel completely at ease, worry-free, and excited for my cats with Kaitlyn as our cat-sitter.
