Allison was so kind to my kitties!! She sent cute update photos, and she had experience with pine litter which can be weird if you haven't used it before. She made sure to give each of my cats what they need -- played with Puff and set up enrichment puzzles for Lady Grey. I'll definitely book Allison again in the future!

Allison kept my kitties great company while I was out of town! They both warmed up to her, no doubt because of lots of playtime, and coming home to a clean litter area was a nice treat :)

One will not be able to find a more caring and loving sitter to watch their cats while they are out of town! Allison spent five weeks loving on and pampering our babies and really was instrumental in helping to bring our young cat out of her shell more. It was evident that she is a real lover of animals. She was great at providing pictures and videos and we came home to a delightfully tidy home. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
