jules was amazing with Tater and Tot! didnt mind going though our complicated instructions and went above and beyond cleaning up after them, making sure they were warm enough, and had plenty of playtime! we really appreciate all her attention to detail and would gladly book her again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Jules was absolutely amazing! This was their first time catsitting for us, and they were a total 10/10. They took such wonderful care of our 17 year old kitty, Eve; sending us tons of adorable photos and thoughtful updates that kept us smiling the whole time we were away. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
