Susan has been my cat sitter for 5 years and I've never had a reason to use anyone else. She takes care of my cats like they're hers and she has never let me down. I'm happy to have found her because I travel all the time for work and I would be stressed all the time leaving my kitties with anyone else. Sometimes I think they love her more than they love me! LOL! Susan is just the best and my cats agree.

If you're looking for someone who's experienced, friendly, and an all around great sitter, look no further. Susan has worked for me for years and I trust her implicitly with my cats. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
