Ben is excellent with animals. He is extremely responsible - if he was in charge of watching the cats he made sure that all of their needs were taken care of in a timely manner. He is also extremely caring and loving - he always made sure to play and cuddle with the cats but would respect their space when they needed it. Overall I would highly recommend Ben to take care of any animal, I would hire him in a heartbeat to look after them.

Ben is one of those people that animals instantly trust. When he met my childhood cat, who usually hides from new people, I was shocked that she immediately greeted him and let him pet her! Likewise, I’ve heard multiple people express surprise when their dogs or cats seek out Ben, saying that they’re not used to their pets being so instantly relaxed. Ben also rescued two feral cats several years ago. These poor kitties were initially terrified of toys and human contact. With lots of love, patience, and consistency from Ben, I’ve seen these cats transform into playful and snuggly love bugs! Again and again, Ben wins over animals with his kindness and respectful nature. Ben is very responsible, making him the perfect person to diligently follow whatever instructions you leave him. For example, Ben uses both phone alarms and calendar events to ensure that he administers medicines to pets exactly as prescribed. TLDR; I could go on and on, but Ben is the perfect fellow pet parent to take care of your fur babies! He’s organized, trustworthy, and an all-around kind person who genuinely loves animals.

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
