Diandra was the best cat sitter that we have had- and we have had several. One of our cats usually remains aloof, but not with her. We were very impressed.

Diandra was such a wonderful sitter, we can't say enough good things about her! Diandra was punctual and trustworthy and we felt so safe leaving our cat and place with her. She really makes you feel comfortable with the whole process and is so great at communicating/filling you in on how your cat is doing. We actually have a really shy cat and Diandra was so amazing with her. She even was able to interact with our cat while we were gone (usually our cat is hiding and won't show her face for anyone). We were so excited/impressed/grateful. You should definitely book with Diandra for the next time you need a sitter. :)

My husband and I have an 11 year-old cat who we’ve never left alone, even overnight. We've always left her with family, but having moved out of state, we didn't want to put her through the four hour drive to get there. I found Meowtel because I had to go to my brother's wedding and had no one to watch our cat. I found Diandra, and was really impressed with the cat rescue work she did, and she just sounded like a responsible cat person. I booked a reservation with her and we started a chat on the messenger service here. She was SO friendly, kind, patient, and responded so fast! We set up a meet and greet, and she was really flexible about working with our schedule. Diandra came over to get the key, and I showed her our cat's routine. It sounds silly, but right after we met Diandra, we felt so much better about leaving our cat with her. It was clear Diandra is a kind and trustworthy cat person. Diandra was so accommodating about coming when we asked her to and she was so easy to work with. Our cat is terrified of strangers, so I didn't think Diandra would even see her when she came to take care of her, but somehow she managed to get pictures (AND video!) of her while she was here! I seriously don’t know how she managed that. I couldn't believe she coaxed our neurotic cat out of hiding—our cat even let Diandra pet her! Diandra sent us pictures of our cat, her clean cat box, her food, the treats she left, and she even took a picture of her vomit and cleaned it up for us, which I felt super bad about. Oh, and she was even kind enough to unplug something for me that I didn't mean to leave plugged in. Diandra was AMAZING. I was so nervous about leaving my cat alone, and of course, it's nerve wracking to entrust a stranger with this really important task, but Diandra made me feel SO COMFORTABLE with my decision every step of the way. I really can't express that enough. I was super nervous, but Diandra just made this so easy for us. And when we came back everything was perfect and our cat was obviously well cared for. I actually feel like we can go away for a couple of nights now that we have an awesome cat sitter! I will definitely use Diandra’s cat sitting services again, and if you’re reading this review and wondering if you should hire Diandra, you should! She was WONDERFUL to work with, and I can’t imagine how anyone could be better! Thank you so much, Diandra! We really appreciate your help!
