What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

For me, it’s the fact that I just love cats so any time I get to come in contact with a new cat, feral or pet lol, I love it! So being able to cat sit for people is something I love because I get to meet new kitties and play and love on them. If they aren’t kitties who enjoy playing that much because not all enjoy that, I still enjoy simply being with them. Cats aren’t always social so it all depends on the cat as far as how much I interact with them. Gotta respect their boundaries to make them feel comfortable and safe.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have two male kitties. Bobo is the gray fluffy one who is 2.5 years old. Mr. Milk is the black short haired one age 3 years old.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

Safety and security is a big thing for even me and my kitties. So for that in regards to cat sitting, it’s all about knowing the rules and regulations required by the owners. Some allow their cats outside and some don’t. Knowing that is important. Also knowing if the kitty has any medications or health issues. Of course there’s also making sure I never lock a kitty in a random location they aren’t suppose to be in. Overall, all about making sure they are in safe spaces and taken care of at all times so that they do feel safe and comfortable.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
