All my life I have had cats and dogs and many other critters. My four girls brought everything home! (at one time we had 13 cats/kittens as two of the cats had kittens!). Now my children are all grown leaving me with my 3 adorable loving cats. The last one was a going away present when my last children (twins) went off to college. They wanted to make sure I had a new friend! After retiring to take care of family members, I started pet sitting around the area to have time for myself doing something I love. I have stayed at people's houses, given their fur babies medications and even hand making their food! My first client had 3 large Dogs and 8 cats! I was in heaven. My husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer and lost his battle a year ago. He so enjoyed going on my pet visits, sitting in the car watching me play with the fur babies. He was an animal whisperer. We even had horses. With his passing, My days are spent caring for my yard and doing hobbies. I am 59 years old and worked in many high stress jobs for over 30 years. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
