Aimen is more than a cat sitter. He is a care giver for what is among the most dear to us, our pet family. Our pets are our family. Just like people, our pets have different needs and personalities. Aimen answered and shared updates with my daughter, my spouse, and myself. Unbeknownst to myself, my daughter and spouse were each reaching out to Aimen on top of the many messages I sent and Aimen was beyond responsive and helpful. We have 4 indoor rescue cats - 1 of which was recently an outdoor community cat that was injured resulting in a leg amputation. Aimen was helpful on ensuring Sox had each set of stairs adjusted daily for optimum mobility. We also care for 2 outdoor community cats that Aimen took care of while we were on vacation. In addition, Aimen took care of my daughter's pet lizzard. Not only did Aimen take care of our pet family, he also took care of our home. He brought in a car cover that blew off a vehicle, brought in multiple delivery packages, took out our trash and recycle receptacles. He helped my family be at ease while we were on vacation.

Aimen is great. Even before I reserved time, I reached out to him since it was my first time using this app and a cat sitter. He was very helpful in figuring out my needs and eased my anxieties. He cared for my kitties like his own and they became friends really quickly, even my one cat who is very shy and cautious around unfamiliar people. I will definitely be requesting Aimen’s help again!

Aimen is very reliable, attentive, and communicative. He sent tons of photos and did such a great job bonding with a very shy cat. When I got home from my trip overseas, I could immediately see an improvement in Huey compared to when he was left alone while I was away. Aimen does very well. Definitely 5 stars.

Excellent as always. We have four cats - all with very different personalities and needs. One is a problem child that can be incredibly sweet and then viciously attack you for seemingly no reason at all. He isn't welcome to return to several cat boarding locations. Somehow, Aimen managed to charm even him. We get a little jealous seeing the photos and just how happy they all are when he's there. We honestly can't recommend Aimen enough - he's thoughtful, attentive, and his communication is excellent. I know this sounds like a paid review but we keep having app issues and haven't left a review yet even though he's helped us many times for over a year. We're just very appreciative to have found someone we can trust our cats with. Thanks, Aimen!

Aimen took such excellent care of Jasmine and Sabrina. Truly gifted in working with cats. So many pictures and tons of play time and TLC. Really cared about our kitties having a great experience while we were gone.

Aimen went above and beyond for our pets while we were away. We have three inside cats, two outside community cats, and one pet lizzard. Aimen spent time with each cat and tailored his approach to each. All of our animals have such different personalities and Aimen took such good care of them. He was highly engaged with play time, meals, and tidying up after them.

Aimen is some kind of cat wizard. We have two cats that hate each other. Aimen is the only person who can get them close to each other without a hissing match. We're moving soon and I jokingly - but not so jokingly - am considering hiring Aimen to live there for a week and try to train these cats into living in harmony in our new home. I really feel like he could do it! TLDR Aimen is so great! Recommend 10/10, lots of photos, brings the cats his own treats, plays with them a lot, asks lots of questions to prepare - very thorough!

Working with Aimen was an absolute pleasure. From the meet and greet to the final update photos, and everything in-between, he was prompt, thoughtful, caring and proactive. He quickly earned the approval of our older cat, a grace not easily given, during the meet and greet and managed to grow that approval into affection over a few days. During his time watching our two cats, Aimen was consistently providing (photo) updates of both meal and play/quality time. He was willing and able to learn their complex feeding routine, which included administering an inhaler and several powdered medications/supplements. As an overnight guest he was very respectful of our home, and was proactive in asking questions and helping with minor chores we had forgotten in our rush out the door. He was on time for the agreed upon windows and was often able to stay a bit longer than planned which we (and our cats) greatly appreciated. Overall the only reason we can think of to not book with Aimen is so that he's more likely to be available for us 😸

Aimen charmed my cat who doesn’t gets cozy with anyone got along so well with him. He sent detailed updates to me about my cat and followed all instructions including the usage of security system. He taught my baby new tricks and looking at their playtime snaps i was wondering is it my cat? He also coordinated communication with another cat sitter while i was on a flight and struggling to get in touch with her. He truly goes above and beyond. i am so glad my baby was in such good care and i could be stress free.

Aimen took perfect care of my 4 fur kids. They don't always eat when I am gone...he made sure they all ate by keeping them company and trying different food mixtures. He kept them active with lots of play time and lots of pets so they did not feel lonely. He gives fantastic updates, was here on time and is a great communicator.

Aimen is truly the most caring and hardworking cat sitter I’ve ever worked with. Hiring him, I know I’ll have peace of mind. He takes his job as a cat sitter as seriously as any corporate role, and exhibits top-notch professionalism, care, and accountability. He is very observant about the differences between my 2 cats, their likes and dislikes, preferences, and needs. I appreciate the time he takes to get to know them, and for my less social kitty, the time he takes to let them get to know him! He seems to take great joy in spoiling my babies as if they were his own and making sure they feel well-loved and attended to. He is also a playtime rockstar and makes sure my kitties are staying active and engaged while we’re away, which is especially valuable when taking longer trips to keep their moods high. He asks questions as needed and is extremely responsive to my messages. If you like receiving photos from your cat sitters, you will love Aimen’s photography of your babies having all the fun in the world with him while you’re away. He sends ample photos and videos so you never feel too far away from them. He goes above and beyond by doing thoughtful things like running my dishwasher full of cat dishes before I come home, or taking all the waste bags to the dumpster even though he doesn’t have to. Overall, I find him to be devoted to his work and clients, full of care and integrity, and present of mind—a rare trait. Finding a cat sitter whom I truly trust has been hard, but Aimen checks all the boxes and then some! My husband and I appreciate him so much!!!

Aimen took fantastic care of our three cats. He got them moving and playing and they took to him right away. I’ve never felt more comfortable with a sitter. He went above and beyond giving them attention and looking out for their health. He sent a lot of pictures and updates throughout the visit so we felt like we didnt miss a thing. So beyond pleased and ge will be our go-to sitter from now on.

Aimen is always great with my 17 year old kitty & his meds. We introduced a kitten into our family, and Aimen has been amazing with a 3mo old as well! He kept the kitten exercised & happy all week long, giving our older kitties much needed peace and rest, as well as cuddles and play for them too!

I'm very happy with my experience having Aimen as a cat sitter, and look forward to having him care for our cats next time we need services! I can tell he is not just experienced and knowledgeable about cat care, but genuinely cares for them as well. From the meet and greet, I was pleased when I mentioned we don't feed our cats kibble, and he responded that he knows it's really bad for them, including their kidneys and overall health. Not everyone knows that, including me 1 year ago. He made sure to repeat and double confirm all instructions, so he was clear on what to do and asked clarifying questions to make sure he could provide the best care. I also appreciated that he always put the cats best interest at the forefront, including telling me he was throwing away a toy that was broken/unsafe, and giving feedback about food and litter. He was always very communicative, proactively sending pictures and videos that helped me feel closer to my cats while away as well as updates on tasks completed, cat behavior, litter activity, appetite, etc. I feel very comfortable and safe having him care for our all of our cats again, including our senior, as I feel he monitors them closely and proactively communicates full picture updates and any concerns, and that if anything even potentially concerning or a little off happens while we are away, he would be quick to notice, communicate, and proactively address it.

Aimen is a godsend. I unexpectedly became a new mom to a stray kitten with fading syndrome. I submitting a last minute request for services because my new baby requires bottle feeding every 4 hours. Aimen quickly responded. While I was at work in an important all day meeting, Aimen sent the most adorable pictures and updates on how my little guy was eating and doing. Aimen is so great with the kitties and goes above and beyond. I had to leave town during one of our notorious Texas cold weather events, and Aimen made sure that the kitties were well taken care of, warm, as well as that none of my pipes burst and no harm came to the house.

Aimen is so awesome! He spent several days taking care of my two kitties while we were away. They have a particular set of needs as they don't get along in the same room together, but also hate being alone ha. He did a great job splitting time between the two, playing with them - even bringing his own toys and treats, and feeding and cleaning up after them. He spent the night several days and left the place as tidy as when he arrived. He is super communicative and sends loads of photos and has been very understanding to our specific needs. I've already hired him again for next weekend. So grateful to have found him!

Aimen is a true cat lover! he was very attentive with our cats while we traveled - sending detailed messages and images re his visits each day, and how the cats were doing. he administered meds as scheduled (a basic chew 2x per week), brought extra treats for the kitties and ensured they were well fed, loved and cared for during our travels! his background knowledge about cats and their overall health and well being is wonderful to have in a caregiver. i highly recommend Aimen, and we will definitely be using him again!

Aimen did an amazing job looking after our cat Topher while we were away for a week. Topher has separation anxiety and we've had bad experiences with other cat sitters in the past, where Topher would stop using his litter box or has gotten sick while we were gone. Aimen provided top-notch care for my little Miku while I was away for four days! When I got back home, she was content as If I never left. Each day, he provided detailed information about his care and interactions with Miku, asking questions for clarification if needed. Also, I could tell he has a deep love for cats. He got her to warm up and play with him on day 1. By day 2, she was letting him scratch her under the chin.
