Nicolette was absolutely wonderful with my two cats, Tora and Tsuki. Both of them are very shy, but she was incredibly patient and caring, and eventually they both came out and even started greeting her. She kept me updated during her visits and made sure everything was taken care of, including checking foods, water, and refilling the litter robot. She even came by to check on my cats during a power outage in my area, which I truly appreciated. Knowing my cats were in such good hands gave me great peace of mind while I was away. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter.

Once again, Nicolette took excellent care of my senior cat Laci. Laci does not get around much anymore, and Nicolette will sit with her and talk to her and comb her which she finds very pleasing I believe. I always know I can count on Nicolette!

Nicolette was responsive from the gate. She was kind enough to set a date prior to our reservation to meet the kitties and learn their routine. She sent daily photos and videos and communicated all their changing needs to us while we were gone. We will definitely keep her in mind for future needs! our kitties loved her time and attention and we so appreciated the special care she took of them!

Nicolette is our go to sitter now. She has cats of her own and knows how to cater playtime to cats with different personalities. We have a shy kitty and she waited for him to warm up to her to pet him to make sure he was comfy. She is so thoughtful and detailed with updates as well, we loved looking at the really nicely taken pictures and videos every day she watched over them. My favorite little detail that I noticed when we returned was that since our cats needed a can of food each day, she would split two different flavors and give them each half so they would have something a little different every meal. So sweet!

I am so grateful for this app and for Nicolette being available to watch my babies. I was on a short time window to get someone in and once i booked she came for a meet and greet the next day. my kitties are super social, but Nicolette still provides such personal and unique care. she was patient with my picky baby and loving to my snuggly baby. she knows exactly what they need and more importantly what i needed to be able to have a peaceful trip back home to see family.
