I am so grateful for this app and for Nicolette being available to watch my babies. I was on a short time window to get someone in and once i booked she came for a meet and greet the next day. my kitties are super social, but Nicolette still provides such personal and unique care. she was patient with my picky baby and loving to my snuggly baby. she knows exactly what they need and more importantly what i needed to be able to have a peaceful trip back home to see family. Nicolette was so helpful in taking care of my two kitties while I was on vacation! At our meet and greet I’d warned her that my cats tend to be really shy around strangers so she might not even see them but a day later she was sending me pictures and videos of my cat Sugar who seemed perfectly content to have Nicolette in the house. A high approval rating if I ever saw one! The cats seemed super happy and Nicolette kept me updated with daily messages, photos, and videos. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
