A little backstory: Most of my childhood we had 3 cats: Dominoe, Shenna and Chester. A Tuxedo, Siamese and Tabby that all came from the same mom. Nicolette is our go to sitter now. She has cats of her own and knows how to cater playtime to cats with different personalities. We have a shy kitty and she waited for him to warm up to her to pet him to make sure he was comfy. She is so thoughtful and detailed with updates as well, we loved looking at the really nicely taken pictures and videos every day she watched over them. My favorite little detail that I noticed when we returned was that since our cats needed a can of food each day, she would split two different flavors and give them each half so they would have something a little different every meal. So sweet!

Nicolette was so helpful in taking care of my two kitties while I was on vacation! At our meet and greet I’d warned her that my cats tend to be really shy around strangers so she might not even see them but a day later she was sending me pictures and videos of my cat Sugar who seemed perfectly content to have Nicolette in the house. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

We know every kitty is different and that's why we offer tailored, in-home services since cats don't do well outside their own homes.
