"This was my first time using Meowtel on the customer side, and I was nervous about what kind of chaos my large cat fam would cause while I was out of town, but Kara was amazing and ensured everything went smoothly! She made sure my boy Gus got his medication each evening, and spent time with all of my cats, earned the favor of a few shy babies and gave plenty of love to the more social ones. She was also thorough in checking on everyone, and successfully got photos of each kitty every single visit, even the ones who tucked themselves away! 😸 Everyone was in good spirits when I returned home and eased back into their routines with no fuss. I highly recommend Kara!"

Lenny, our male cat, would get depressed after several days of us being away (multiple different pet sitters said the same thing). But after repeated pet sits with David, Lenny and our female cat Lucy got to know him and have really warmed up to him. Now when we travel we are relieved to know that our cats are getting the love and attention they need for their health and happiness. We've noticed them feeling a lot more chipper and energized when we come home. David is super tuned in to our cats' emotions and respects them as equals, which for us means caring for them with the level of attention you would bring towards a fellow human being. It's always a joy to get such a detailed and thoughtful update from him about how they're doing when we're gone. David is very thoughtful, responsible, and a true lover of cats!"

"Aimen is more than a cat sitter. He is a care giver for what is among the most dear to us, our pet family. Our pets are our family. Just like people, our pets have different needs and personalities. Aimen answered and shared updates with my daughter, my spouse, and myself. Unbeknownst to myself, my daughter and spouse were each reaching out to Aimen on top of the many messages I sent and Aimen was beyond responsive and helpful. We have 4 indoor rescue cats - 1 of which was recently an outdoor community cat that was injured resulting in a leg amputation. Aimen was helpful on ensuring Sox had each set of stairs adjusted daily for optimum mobility. We also care for 2 outdoor community cats that Aimen took care of while we were on vacation. In addition, Aimen took care of my daughter's pet lizzard. Not only did Aimen take care of our pet family, he also took care of our home. He brought in a car cover that blew off a vehicle, brought in multiple delivery packages, took out our trash and recycle receptacles. He helped my family be at ease while we were on vacation."

"Diana is amazing and a cat whisperer! She's watched our babies several times now and always takes her time and gives the best care to our shy boy, Belmont, and our elderly lady, Ava. Ava requires twice daily insulin injections and occasional subcutaneous fluids administered. Diana is always on time and performs these tasks with ease. Belmont usually hides from everyone, but he and Diana are now besties. She really has a way of making the shyest cats comfortable. She even feeds our fish, checks on our lizard, and brought in a package from our doorstep. She truly goes above and beyond! I highly recommend her!"
