"This was my first time using a pet-sitting service, and I was definitely a little nervous about leaving my kitties in someone else’s care. I couldn’t be happier with the experience Ashley provided! My two boys immediately took to her during our meet-and-greet, which put me at ease right away. Ashley is an excellent communicator, and I looked forward to reading her detailed visit summaries each day and seeing all of the photos and videos she shared. She went above and beyond to make sure my cats received plenty of attention and affection during her visits. She brushed them, played with them, and, of course, spoiled them with treats! I honestly think they miss her now that we’re home! I also have an asthmatic cat who experiences frequent upper respiratory infections, so it was especially reassuring to know that Ashley has experience with feline medication administration. Ashley was extraordinary at being in tune with my cats and noticing subtle changes in their behavior and health. When my asthmatic cat first began sneezing, she recognized it right away and administered his medication as instructed. Her attentiveness and quick response helped prevent his condition from worsening, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the care she provided. I felt completely at ease knowing my cats were in such caring and capable hands while we were away. She paid close attention and asked great questions while I explained our 2 senior cats' routines. The moggies warmed to her immediately, surprising me because they're usually wary of new people. Kelly also kindly agreed to a last-minute request to feed our 2 aquaria of fish. During our absence Kelly consistently followed the not-simple feeding instructions, and sent me a message and photos at every visit. She also didn't hesitate to call our daughter when she discovered I'd forgotten to leave the fish-feeding instructions. "Another super successful booking with Regina! She is so thorough, professional, and kind - and the boys always love seeing her! We encountered an unexpected power cut during our most recent booking and Regina, who had our spare key with her, made an extra stop back to our house to take care of some medication we had in our refrigerator. She did not ask for extra compensation (though we did pay her extra, because we really appreciated her willingness to help!), and we are super grateful with how readily Regina rolls with the punches if anything unforeseen comes up. She is always our go-to, and we're looking forward to booking with her again for our next trip!"

"Kelley was prompt and courteous. She asked about my cat's routine, where things were kept, even if any plants needed watering. Toby is fairly skittish with new people but he came out for Kelley and she was able to pet him and even give belly rubs. She eased our minds for our senior cat and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!!"

"Michelle was absolutely outstanding! I felt very confident that my kitty was being well taken care of, and she looked like she was having as much fun as I was on vacation! Michelle sends photos with each visit (and they are some of my favorite pictures of my kitty!), is quick to respond to any questions, and is flexible as well. I made a mistake on my return date (I got home a day earlier) and she worked with me to come at a later time for the next days visit so that I didn’t have to get up on my first day back from vacation so early, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be booking with Michelle again for any future trips!"
