Abigail kept, up to date with each how scheduled visit. Expressed concerns when one of my cats, was constantly splashing out their watering bowl, and even took the time to clean up and address my other cat throwing up, and changes their litter box.

Abby did an amazing job watching our kiddos for us while we were out of town! She sent us pictures every night of them and checked in with us regularly while she was there. She allowed us to enjoy our time away from home while having peace of mind that our cats were being taken care of. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
