I am so glad we found Kiara! She is so kind and attentive, and really made us feel comfortable when we went out of town. I thought both of my boys would be more hesitant with her, but they were so brave and curious! She doesn't pressure the kitties at all and let's them decide their own terms. I really recommend Kiara :)

Kiara was amazing with our kitties! It's such a relief to know that someone very capable was taking care of them while we were out of the country - she sent us updates with pictures of the boys, plus she's a superstar with giving medication! Highly recommend!!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
