Yes, I have two adorable kittens from the same litter! Lemon, my grey girl, is full of energy and has a big personality. She’s super talkative, sweet, and a little shy at times—she loves a good pet, but cuddles aren’t her thing. Maple, my tabby boy, is the complete opposite: laid-back, friendly, and always up for snuggles. They’ve got their own quirks, but I wouldn’t change them for anything!

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

When working with a new cat parent, I like to start by meeting in person to get to know the cat and the parent better. I then create a detailed cat profile to keep track of essential information, such as medical history, allergies, favorite toys, favorite foods, and their unique personality and behaviors. This helps me provide the best possible care and ensure that I’m meeting their cat’s specific needs. I also make sure to establish clear communication with the pet parent, so I’m aware of any special instructions or preferences. My goal is to make both the cat and the parent feel confident and at ease with the care I provide.

What is your favorite cat toy?

My favorite and simplest cat toys are a stick with a toy, a wand, or yarn for interactive play. When I’m not at home, I like to leave spinning toys and balls for them to enjoy on their own!

Sirlei did such a great job taking care of my kitties while I was away! Two of my cats require medications and she was able to do that for me which took a weight off my shoulders. she sent me updates with pictures and videos at each visit, which I loved. I would definitely book again!

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
