I am extremely happy with Hana, I almost feel she family since she cared for Storm for several days! Storm looked happy and she is very detailed in all aspects she will let you know when she’s on her way will send pictures and gave me detailed rundown on how they spent their time! I had only ever left my cats in the care of family but needed to hire a cat sitter for a recent trip. Hana did an excellent job of caring for my two indoor/outdoor cats It is not so easy to take care of cats who spend part of the time outdoors . She was there twice a day and would keep them inside or let them out depending on the weather. She always let me know when she was heading over to the house, would send pictures of the cats and report on what she had done. I would definitely hire Hana again.

Hana is a fantastic cat sitter! She took amazing care of my two cats while I was overseas. She was incredibly communicative, thoughtful, and reliable throughout. One of my cats is very shy and doesn’t usually warm up to people, but she bonded with Hana right away—which says a lot! I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. Highly recommend!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
