I have been a professional cat sitter for over 10 years. I work remotely so my schedule is flexible.
My favorite part of caring for cats is that each one is such a unique individual. I love getting... My first friend was my mom's cat named Jessica. She taught me a lot of important things about life: the importance of holding clear boundaries, asking for what you want, and being absolutely adorable while doing it!

My favorite part of caring for cats is that each one is such a unique individual. I love getting to discover what each cat likes and dislike, how they enjoy play or snuggles, and where their favorite spots are to lie in the sun and nap. I truly do treat each cat as I would my own and allow them to lead our interactions until they are comfortable enough to trust me.
I also enjoy a tidy space, so regularly cleaning out litter boxes and sweeping / vacuuming up the grit of litter is a task I happily complete!

I have been a professional cat sitter for over 10 years. I have cared for cats of all ages and needs - some that required an inhaler, intravenous medication, and oral medication. I also enjoy a tidy space, so regularly cleaning out litter boxes and sweeping

Yes I do! My heart belongs to 2 sweet, social cuties named Simone and Olli. They add so much joy and purpose to my life

Make sure you choose someone you truly trust to care for your pet as lovingly and carefully as you do.
Are you usually available during holidays?
This is my full time job, so I am typically available during all holidays. Very happy to spend quality time with your cats while you are away!

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Houston cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $26.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
