Araceli was fantastic with my cat, Lu. She made him feel comfortable and even got him to play (he gets bored of toys easily). Lu threw up and Araceli comforted him and cleaned up the mess. She kept me informed and made me feel reassured while I was away from work. Araceli is friendly and reliable and followed all my specific instructions for taking care of Lu. She’s awesome and I’m glad she was here to take care of my baby boy!

Araceli is great. I left for a training exercise with the Army and all the guys loved her photo updates! I left her the keys and she was always there, everyday. I would definitely recommend yall chose her to watch your cat!

Araceli is always fantastic. We’re repeat customers for a reason. Very communicative, picture updates every day, and our 3 cats just love her. One of our cats is blind and very shy and she’s warmed up so much all of her pictures are very close nose shots haha. She has great energy. 12/10, always a recommend from us.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
