I loved getting little updates while I was away, especially the pictures of them lounging around and looking completely comfortable. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about them and wasn’t just stopping by to feed them and leave. She was reliable, caring, and clearly loves cats. I felt completely comfortable leaving them in her care and would absolutely have her watch them again!"

"Kara did such a great job with our very shy Miss Honey! This was the first time we have left her for a 2 week vacation and we were nervous because Honey really doesn’t “do” strangers. Kara sent daily pics and summary that eased our minds but what really made the impression? When we got home last night, and Honey knew it was us, she came right out of hiding. She meowed at us constantly and walked back and forth on the couch between us for pets and snuggles. She wasn’t mad at us, because she was so well cared for, she was just happy to see us. Thank you Kara for being so kind to our weird furry girl. Confirming she was eating and drinking helped ease our minds and allowed us to enjoy our vacation."

"I was nervous about leaving my cat with a ‘stranger’ but after our meet & greet I knew my shy, sometimes cranky, senior cat was in good hands. Erika approached her with gentle patience and my cat actually came to her (rare)! By the end of the booking my kitty was confident enough to not hide while Erika was in the house (also a first), purely because Erika took the time and care to make my cat feel comfortable with her, leaving some of her things at our house so my cat could get to know her scent, waiting patiently with treats, etc. Of course the feeding etc was managed exatingly and the litter box was spotless. Daily communication put us at ease, with above and beyond stealth camera work to send pics of my hiding kitty! We will for sure have Erika catsit again!"

Aimen answered and shared updates with my daughter, my spouse, and myself. Unbeknownst to myself, my daughter and spouse were each reaching out to Aimen on top of the many messages I sent and Aimen was beyond responsive and helpful. We have 4 indoor rescue cats - 1 of which was recently an outdoor community cat that was injured resulting in a leg amputation. Aimen was helpful on ensuring Sox had each set of stairs adjusted daily for optimum mobility. We also care for 2 outdoor community cats that Aimen took care of while we were on vacation. In addition, Aimen took care of my daughter's pet lizzard. Not only did Aimen take care of our pet family, he also took care of our home. He brought in a car cover that blew off a vehicle, brought in multiple delivery packages, took out our trash and recycle receptacles. He helped my family be at ease while we were on vacation."

Was only gone for a small amount of time, but when Rachel came over, she was very careful to get every detail to try and keep my cats comfortable, down to where they like to be pet. When I was gone, every update nearly brought me to tears during a stressful work trip, as I could tell my kids were happy and thriving. They don't have any medications to track, but Rachel kept me apprised of medical needs I might need to look out for. She also updatd me on they eating and play behavior. Despite the reservation being made so late, my cats were pampered for the small trip they were without me and that was the most important thing. ❤️"

She has been watching my cat, Pearl, for several years now and always goes the extra mile — not because I ask, but because she treats my cat and my home with the same care she’d treat her own. In the past, Alayna has watched Pearl during holidays that had crazy ice storms and power outages. She has dealt with my anxious baby’s piles of puke and hairballs everywhere, helped us with experimental dry food feeders, manual litter boxes and litter robots, trash days, and mail and package pickup when we’re having theft in the area. I’ve recommended Alayna to others, including my parents, and they’ve had great experiences as well. She always provides cute photos and updates about our babies that make us feel peace of mind when traveling, and she’s a clear, prompt communicator when we forget to tell her about something or need to ask for a quick adjustment to the plan.
