Alexa went so above and beyond for my babies. By the third day that she was pet sitting for us, my old boy she noticed had not peed. She first respected my hesitation to take him to the emergency vet, but when I called back an hour later changing my mind as the situation settled on me, she was still more than happy to make the trip back to take him. She spent days taking my boy between vets and giving constant updates about the situation since I was unable to come back. I'm pretty sure that she saved my boys life by recognizing the problem and gently pushing me to take the right course of action. My two girls were also completely fine and happy on top of everything happening with my boy. I can't recommend her enough, Alexa will care for your babies like they are her own.

Alexa did a great job with our 9 cats. We have several seniors, a couple of which have health issues, and it's important to us that the person caring for them pays attention to not just their food and medication schedule but also their demeanor and behavior. Alexa does that and communicates any potential issues. We appreciate how she connects with our cats and gets to know their different personalities. We have complete confidence leaving them in her care.

Alexa was absolutely amazing with my cat! He absolutely loved her, and it gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in such great hands. She was always quick to check on him and even went above and beyond by spending quality time with him, even though I had only booked the 20-minute visits. Alexa sent me pictures every single time she stopped by my apartment, which made me feel so much more at ease since this was my first time ever booking a pet sitter.
