Kristi is the purrfect cat sitter. My kitty is almost 20 years old and has a finicky appetite, and also does not trust everyone. She took to Kristi right away and their time spent together was optimal. Kristi sent pictures of her, the cat box and the food every day. She left the house the way she found it. Kristi was exceptional and went above and beyond to take care of my cat. You could not ask for anything better because it would be impossible. Constantly updating and providing the necessary care and going out of her way to assist. Kristi loves animals and has a great heart, if you book her it won’t take you more than 5 seconds to find that out yourself.

Kristi took over a reservation when my original sitter could not complete the reservation for factors out of her control. I was super impressed with how she handled the situation and she kept really good communication and sent updates frequently. my cat is elderly , needs insulin and Kristi took over the job easily. she even bought a brush and got out all the matted hair I was working on prior to my vacation. will definitely book her in the future!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
