We were so pleased that Mary was available to care for our dear ones recently when we went on a weeklong vacation. Before we left for our trip, she asked many questions to ascertain our care regimen and meticulously followed them over the course of our trip. Each day she sent us an in-depth report on how our cats were doing and included photos of them, their water, food, and litter boxes confirming her attention to detail. We also have been feeding an outdoor cat who lost her owner and Mary made sure to watch out for her too. Mary showed a very conscientious approach with our cats and always sought our feedback. We appreciate the time and care she took to interact with our cats during her visits. We highly recommend Mary!

Mary always takes great care of our cats. We have multiple cats with one sick kitty whose feeding and medication schedule can get complicated. Mary handles it like a pro. My cats are shy and usually don't take to strangers but they seem very comfortable with Mary.

We have a kitten that requires two different types of meds twice daily. We had two go out of town for two nights so needed someone to give him his meds. He’s a scaredy cat and she was able to give him his pills and liquid meds without issues. Mary also sent super detailed update messages and the best pics she could despite our cats hiding while she was there. We specifically looked for someone to take care of his medication when booking because they would’ve otherwise been ok to be alone for two nights and Mary didn’t disappoint

Mary is the absolute best! Our Peter had the get urgent surgery 3 days before a trip we couldn’t cancel - Mary was available and took amazing care of our boy and his sister. She made an stressful time so much easier.

The key handoff was seamless, and I was able to retrieve it from the agreed location.

Mary did a great job looking after our 9 cats. She followed instructions, gave great updates and interacted well with the shy kitties. She was also able to give our sick kitty her meds even though she can be difficult about it. We felt confident that they were in good hands while we were away.

MARY WAS A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!! From day one until the day I was back Mary was super detailed with every single aspect of the visit. She was detailed oriented and communicated every single day. When I came back from. my vacation, the house was immaculate and Berry looked happy and healthy. Mary was able to even trouble shoot my wifi when I needed help and also apply medicated foam for my baby girl. I couldn't recommend her enough!

I've hired Mary 2 times for 2 separate trips within 2 weeks of each other. On the first visit we met and she met with my cats and it was very obvious from the beginning she respected the cats boundaries. I think the cats liked her a lot. On the second trip I was only gone 2 days and when I returned it was like I never left. Mary regularly cares for our cats when we leave town and she has shown an extraordinary level of care and professionalism. Both of our cats are FelV+ and one of our cats has terminal cancer that requires daily medication. Mary is always able to give Fig her oral meds and is so patient and kind with her. She also always provides us with helpful updates and cute pictures. Leaving our cats, especially given their health conditions, is a major source of stress for us. This reservation went swimmingly, which is a funny thing to say about cats, but it was smooth sailing with Mary at our house, and allowed us to focus on the details of our trip. Mary coaxed my shy cat into being playful with her sister, and she had my playful cat I think a wee bit sad I was back home. It was the Thanksgiving holiday while we were away, and I felt better knowing Mary was there keeping an eye on our home and the kitties. She brought in packages and our mail, made sure the house was neat and tidy when we returned- it is such a gift to come home to a house and to animals who are well loved. I will not hesitate to use Mary for any future need. Neither should you.

Our 4 kitties are an active bunch, and Mary went above and beyond to maintain their routines, including the playtime and enrichment that they are used to, and all their food/treat preferences. Mary was easy and punctual and effortless from start to finish. I am so grateful that she is a part of the Meowtel team. It was clear from our first meeting that Mary loves what she does. She was respectful of our home, of our time, and when the kitties ran and hid when the doorbell rang, she was not shaken. We went through all of their habits and hiding places, toys etc. then she followed up with questions that I would not have thought to ask. She took excellent care of our girls for the 4 days we were gone. It was the first time they have been left in the house alone. I felt totally comfortable with Mary being with them. She sent me pictures and updates, and my house was in tiptop shape when we returned home. It was super cute to watch our baby cat connecting to Mary and see her play in new ways.
