She sends pictures and videos of them interacting on each visit and a thorough update on how everything is going. The litterboxes were all in top shape. She communicates quickly every time. She is a true pro, but also so kind and warm with the kitties. I recommend her highly."

She kept us updated while we were away about how the insulin shots were going at each meal and everything went super smooth! I was immediately impressed by Pauline’s profile and felt very confident about her abilities of cat care. We had a meet and greet first so she would know where everything was and she asked about kitty’s schedule. She was very communicative each day, letting me know when she was on her way and providing picture updates which made us all feel very comfortable with kitty’s care. She was here, every day, on time, rain or shine! She also provided cool water and showed genuine care for our funny little outside gremlin! "I have two of the most high-maintenance cats ever, and of course, during my first longer trip away in a while, they decided to throw several curveballs, but Wende handled all of them like a pro - my cat prone to constipation having a flare-up due to thunderstorm stress, my cat prone to dehydration hiding due to construction noise, you name it, but everything worked out beautifully in Wende’s care. She was quick to pivot when one of them needed a change and spent a ton of extra time and effort ensuring they were comfortable. Now she’s easily one of their favorite people, and it's cleaf how comfortable they both are with her - something I didn’t think was possible for my shyer cat! I can’t recommend Wende highly enough and know that my cats will love seeing her on my next trip."

"We recently had to leave Yuki for 20 days and were quite anxious about how she would cope. Stress can have significantly harmful effects on cats, and to complicate things, Yuki had just developed chin acne that required treatment. Under Heather’s diligent daily care, though, Yuki did exceptionally well. We received daily updates and lots of photos that made us smile, giving us peace of mind that our little family member was in good hands. Her acne even cleared up while we were away. Heather is outstanding; quick, responsive, and attentive. She kept Yuki well-fed and happy, which meant we could actually relax during our trip. She also went above and beyond by keeping our plants watered. 12/10 rating :)"
