John did a great job -- taking care of the basics while going over and above with the litter box. Our cat tends to disappear when non-family members are near, but John worked hard to get her in view and to play with her.

John is awesome! Daily updates showed that he and my boys bonded while I was away. I was leery of using a service for pet care but felt very comfortable after meeting John. His meticulous attention to detail and pertinent questions showed me that he takes the caregiver role seriously. I am very happy with my experience and will be calling on him again in the near future.

John was a great sitter for Toby. He spent time with him, played, and sent videos and pictures each visit. John even completed tasks for Toby that were above and beyond what was expected. I felt our house was safe and in good hands. We would definitely have John come again!
