Billie was great! Very communicative, very sensitive to my nervous little cats. She followed my instructions perfectly and was so on top of everything.

Billie was amazing as all of the review suggest! She came by beforehand to get the key and see where everything was located and what my cats might need. They liked her right away and let her pet them. She was familiar with the gate system my complex uses as well as all the feeders/water fountains. She sent texts when they were there with lots of photos and videos. I didn't get a lot of time to look at them but it was nice to see the photos knowing they were in good hands! She has excellent communication and made that aspect of my trip so much less stressful! I'm trying to book her again already.

Honestly, after so many family and friends disasters it is such a relief to have Billie come and care for our six little ones. She is amazing! Motto needs his diabetes drugs every day and without worry she took care of it. Went above and beyond with numerous things. Billie watched my 15yr old little princess, Snickers, for 10 days while I was away on vacation. I was soo apprehensive leaving her since this was the first time she'd ever been left with someone she wasn't familiar with and my first time using this service. Billie not only made me feel so comfortable and reassured, she treated Snickers like her own and loved on her like I do! She would send daily updates, photos & videos, and took such great care and attentiveness for my Snickers.
