Taylor went far and above what I expected of her. My cat (Kitty) is very skittish and has never approached any stranger during the time I've had her, but Taylor was patient and gained my cat's trust by locating where she was hiding and encouraging her to come out with treats until she was able to gain her trust and friendship–a happy Kitty sidling up to Taylor as a friend. I was honestly amazed at my cat's progress. Taylor kept me up to date with texts & photos, letting me know when she arrived & left, and keeping me appraised of Kitty's progress. I would without hesitation use Taylor again to take care of Kitty. I don't think you could find anyone more considerate and concerned about taking care of your own cat. Absolutely wonderful job!

It was our first time using Meowtel and we could not have been more happy with Taylor. She did a phenomenal job with our cat, Willy. From the initial meet and greet, she was respectful, considerate and quick to take notes. Willy is very shy and she let him take his time to acclimate. We received daily updates, videos and photos, which made it easy knowing how well he was doing. We highly recommend Taylor and we will be using her services in the future.

Taylor was so great! My super shy cat came out to eat on the second day (usually takes 5 days with new people!) and she was just so great with them. Very responsive and made sure to encourage my kitties to eat since they were having appetite problems at the time. Definitely recommend Taylor!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
