Rebecca is truly a gem! From our initial messages, the M&G, and the entire booking - it was abundantly clear that we were in excellent hands! Rebecca was very responsive at all times and so kind to me as a human in addition to being JackJack’s mom. I found myself looking forward to the updates (so many pics!) not just as an anxious cat mom 🙋🏼‍♀️but also to see how much my JackJack was loving his time with Rebecca. Every update told me everything I needed and also kept me connected and reassured. I was also able to make a small edit to the visit schedule based on Rebecca’s updates, and I love that we were able to adjust in real time to best support JackJack. I will definitely be booking with Rebecca again!

Rebecca is absolutely fantastic!! She was very patient with my sassy/shy cat and eventually won her over! Rebecca was extremely responsive and detailed in her work and always sent plenty of updates and pictures of my cat while I was gone.
