"I always feel at ease knowing Jamie is watching our 3 cats! I can tell she cares about their health and comfort as much as I do. She is detailed to make sure they all have their daily refresh of their individual types of food, water, water fountain, and litterbox. Our senior kitty is on daily oral medication which Jamie was able to handle smoothly, sticking to Ellie's normal med routine! One of our cats gave Jamie some sass during a visit, but she was patient and let him have his moment, and Jamie was able to help ease the angst with some with gentle pets and playtime, and continued companionship while we were gone. She is easy to communicate with, and is patient and thorough if any technical problems arise (our cats food bowl malfunctioned and she was able to get it back to normal)! 100% recommend Jamie!"

"As a very protective cat parent, trusting someone with our cats is not easy at all. They mean the world to us, and until this trip, they had only ever stayed with family or close friends. Leaving them behind for a full week was honestly very stressful for us. Jenny went above and beyond caring for our cats and treated them with so much patience, love, and attention. One of our cats is naturally shy with new people and even required medication, but Jenny took the time to earn her trust and handled everything wonderfully. What truly made the difference for us was the constant communication and thoughtful updates after every visit. It genuinely felt like we were still there with our babies, and after the first visit, all of our anxiety disappeared and we were finally able to enjoy our trip peacefully. It’s honestly not easy to find someone who truly understands cats’ personalities and knows how to adjust their behavior and care style based on each cat’s needs and temperament, but Jenny did exactly that.
