Our cat, Jello, lost her brother (Puddin) shortly before we used Samantha the first time. Samantha came by the house to meet Jello prior to taking care of her and asked insightful questions about how Jello had been handling the loss which underscores her knowledge of cats and cat dynamics. She was patient, sensitive, and warm and we were so grateful to have her care for Jello again this time!!
