Stephanie was amazing and patient with my kitty girls, who always hid when people come over. She really is the kitty whisperer because she managed to get my girls to come out. :)

Stephanie was incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. She took the time to do a meet and greet with my shy kitty, Neville, which definitely made a difference. This was my first time leaving my furry son for more than a day since he chose me and I'm incredibly attached to him so I was very nervous. Stephanie quickly alleviated my nerves, however, with her excellent communication and pictures. She clearly cares about what she's doing and really went far beyond what I anticipated. She was able to coax Neville out of his shyness and he was quickly rolling around on his back and doing kitty stretches and playing during her visits. It really meant a lot that I could breathe easy during my trip knowing he was in good hands. I highly recommend her services and will definitely use her again. Thanks Stephanie!

this was my second time using Stephanie and it was every bit as excellent as the first. She does an incredible job of communicating and sending updates and really makes me feel comfortable during my trips. I get pretty anxious when I leave my babies but knowing Stephanie is taking care of them is a huge stress reliever. I had to extend my most recent trip by three days and she was so accommodating and allowed me more time to be with family during an important time. Stephanie was excellent - we had a miscommunication with the pre-visit (totally my fault) and she was incredibly flexible and understanding of my mistake. She was incredibly caring for our currently injured cat and helped facilitate safe playtime for her. She also provided great pictures and thorough updates for the other cats, and coaxed our shy kitties out for feeding and playtime! I would 10000 percent recommend utilizing her services.
