She is detailed to make sure they all have their daily refresh of their individual types of food, water, water fountain, and litterbox. Our senior kitty is on daily oral medication which Jamie was able to handle smoothly, sticking to Ellie's normal med routine! One of our cats gave Jamie some sass during a visit, but she was patient and let him have his moment, and Jamie was able to help ease the angst with some with gentle pets and playtime, and continued companionship while we were gone. She is easy to communicate with, and is patient and thorough if any technical problems arise (our cats food bowl malfunctioned and she was able to get it back to normal)! 100% recommend Jamie!"
