Diana was the perfect choice to take care of Mochi. He is shy and timid, but Diana's warm and loving personality broke through his barriers very quickly. Diana took a lot of wonderful pictures during each of her visits, which really helped me see how he was doing and I greatly appreciate all of her attention to detail. She asked all of the right questions and followed every direction to a "t." I will absolutely book with Diana in the future!

Took amazing care of our cat, Kennedy. when she wasn’t able to stay as long for one visit, she made it up by staying extra long with her on the next one. she also checked in with us after her last visit to make sure we got home safe and to make sure that Kennedy was being fed and taken care of!

Diana was great with our two kitties! One of whom has to take several pills a day (and gets a little sassy in the process). She was super patient with him, made sure he got the meds he needed, and provided A+ love and affection to our needy babies while we were out of town. She is very responsive and a skilled pet photographer.

Despite my older cat getting sick and showing his not so loving personality. she respected his space and worked on his terms. I felt at ease knowing she was caring for them. She even graciously stayed longer one day to give a little extra TLC. I looked forward to her daily reports and pic/videos. I’ll absolutely seek out Diana in the future.

Diana watched over our two cats Oreo and Cassie for 7 overnights. She is kind, detail-oriented, and eager to give the best care to animals. Our situation is tricky because Oreo requires daily meds to be taken with food, and is a sensitive eater, whereas Cassie is an adorable greedy cutie who will steal Oreo's food if given the chance. We have a lot of detail about the cats' routines & personalities written down in our house guides and we make ourselves available ahead of our travel for introductions and to answer questions. We also provide a network of friends and coworkers to assist if the situation with Oreo's meds isn't going well. We acknowledge our cat situation is complex and aim to equip our sitters for success! During our travel we found ourselves answering questions that were already detailed in our guides or we addressed with our introductions/walk-throughs time. We were in time zones 5-6 hours ahead so it was difficult to keep up with the messages. We had hoped to be able to relax and feel confident that things were taken care of as we had with prior sitters. Diana spent as much time as her work schedule allowed with Cassie and Oreo - we got plenty of adorable pictures and both kitties were in good health when we got home. Diana cleaned up after herself and even gave us a refund for the final day when our return was earlier than initially expected. We would book Diana again: our cats are complicated and we're sure Diana would feel more confident next time.

Diana was great and used multiple strategies to warm Genji up to her visits. I’d absolutely have Diana watch him again. She also sent tons of pictures which was a nice touch while we were away.

Diana was fantastic - she made time prior to watching Dill to come meet her and instantly made friends with her. We spoke regularly via chat and she sent all sorts of pictures - will absolutely have her watch my kitty again in the future!
