As a very protective cat parent, trusting someone with our cats is not easy at all. They mean the world to us, and until this trip, they had only ever stayed with family or close friends. Leaving them behind for a full week was honestly very stressful for us. Jenny went above and beyond caring for our cats and treated them with so much patience, love, and attention. One of our cats is naturally shy with new people and even required medication, but Jenny took the time to earn her trust and handled everything wonderfully. What truly made the difference for us was the constant communication and thoughtful updates after every visit. It genuinely felt like we were still there with our babies, and after the first visit, all of our anxiety disappeared and we were finally able to enjoy our trip peacefully. It’s honestly not easy to find someone who truly understands cats’ personalities and knows how to adjust their behavior and care style based on each cat’s needs and temperament, but Jenny did exactly that. We feel incredibly lucky to have found someone like Jenny. She is reliable, compassionate, calm, patient, and truly cares about the animals she looks after. We are beyond grateful for everything she did for our cats.

As always, Jenny was great with my cat Wilma. Lots of pictures and short videos, everything taken care of just as it should be. Wilma can be reserved with some people, but Jenny just has a way with kitties that has turned Wilma into a big fan!

Our favorite Jenny came through for us again during maamaa's 9 day trip to Scotland. 2 years ago, maamaa left us in a terrible pet resort who ignored us. Jenny is the absolute best. I have nothing but great things to say about her and about our experience. My cats don’t usually warm up to someone right away but they loved her. This was the first time I used a pet sitter and was very nervous. She sent us pictures and videos reassuring us each visit. After an unforeseen technical failure in my cat’s automatic feeder, Jenny adjusted her schedule to give him twice daily visits to make sure he was adequately fed. My cat also has a history of anxiety/stress and Jenny made sure he got the love and attention he needed while I was away. She went above and beyond and can’t recommend her enough!

We booked Jenny to watch our senior kitty for a week. Jenny went above and beyond to help take care of him. We asked Jenny to come twice a day as our kitty has specific needs around when he eats and she was more than happy to accommodate. She was able to give him his medicine as well as cleaned up after him when he missed the litter box. She also cleaned his eyes daily and brushed him. Would be happy to book Jenny again.

Jenny was the best. Our little prince Hendrix who is a little old man set in his ways really enjoyed her, as we could tell in the pics & videos. Jenny truly made me and my husband feel at ease during our travels. My kitties absolutely loved her from the second she entered the house with her sweet calming presence and her sensitive nature. Jenny is one of the top two pet sitters in my lifetime. She just did everything in her power to make my 3 girls comfortable while mom was away. After an initial 5 minutes of excitement when I returned home, my kitties were very blasé blasé about it. that shows that whatever Jenny did, it allowed them to remain the confident divas they are on any normal day.
