What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have over six decades of experience taking care of my own cats and sitting for friends and families felines. Over the years I have been blessed with 4 of my own cats, and I was always available to my friends and family. I adore seeing how different each cat is and I especially love getting to know them. I often have the cats I’m taking care of stay at my home, especially if it is more than a few days. I find they are more relaxed around people. I tell them I’m their Airbnb, and they are on a holiday.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

My cats names were Amber, Buddy, Sparky, and Daddy. All of them at different times just showed up at my home. I opened the door and they never left. All except for Daddy. He was my daughter’s cat. He was older and needed extra care and attention. My daughter worked long hours and she knew he would be loved and pampered in my care.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I like to schedule a meet and greet to learn what is most important to the clients and cats. Making notes on everything from food, hiding places, favorite toys, health issues, important phone numbers, etc. this way you can feel confident that your cat will be cared for exactly as you would yourself.

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
