Guen is the most reliable person I have ever met. Something I've always feared when leaving my pets with others is that they'll somehow get out of the house or be hurt, and our sitter would try to hide it from us. Guen is and has always been the type of person to treat and love our pets like her own, and I trust her unilaterally with my own cats because I know that if something were ever to go wrong, she would drop everything to make sure my cats are safe and cared for. Anyone can be a "cat sitter" who plays with cats, feeds them, and changes litterboxes. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
