Janice is caring and professional. I receive daily updates, photos, and videos that always bring a big smile to my face, and I knew my cats were happy and comfortable when Janice came to visit them. Janice is a very good cat sitter.

Janice took perfect care of my cats. She provided detailed updates about the dry and wet food, water, and litter conditions of every visit she had. She also brought toys to play with my cats. Moveover, she kept my place clean and tidy. I had to change my flight towards the end of my original reservation because of some unexpected issue, and Janice responded very fast and agreed to extend the reservation by an extra week over the holidays. She helped so much! I really appreciate all her work. I’d recommend Janice to everyone who needs a cat sitter.

Janice is an amazing cat sitter!! My two kitties welcomed her immediately (even though one is quite shy!) and through the fantastic text, photo, and video updates I received from Janice, I could tell my cats were really enjoying Janice's care and play sessions! At one point during my trip, my new litter robot disconnected from my app and I started stressing out. I reached out to Janice to see if she would be willing to troubleshoot. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help that same morning and did a video call with me to try to fix the issue. Ultimately, we could not resolve the litter robot issue, and so I changed my reservation to add several more visits with Janice until my return. The rest of my travel was WORRY FREE knowing that Janice was there with my kitties! I'm so grateful for Janice's flexibility and generosity! I would highly recommend Janice as a cat sitter and will be glad to make a reservation with her the next time I travel!

Janice was great from the beginning with her prompt responses and attention to detail. She was on-time and provided the best updates with many pictures included. Janice was great about giving prompt updates about what was going on with my furry friends. While they were both fraidy cats and hid most of the time, she was very patient and updated us on every visit. I was so relieved to have someone checking in on them to make sure they were still okay, it took a lot of pressure off going out of town.

Janice was nothing short of amazing!!! Our cats are spoiled and special but Janice went above and beyond to make sure they were taken care of. There were hiccups with our vacation but Janice handled everything gracefully and made our trip so much less stressful than it would’ve been otherwise.

Janice is a wonderful cat sitter. She sent me messages and photos about my all kittens one by one(I have four kittens) very details everyday, and she response very quickly when I text her. My all kittens love her, even the shy one. In addition, one of kittens got hurt before I left. Janice kept updated about her wound. Finally, I decided this kitten needed to see a vet. She helped to make an appointment and took this kitten to see a vet. Because of feeding meds, she needs to come to my house more times, but she still did it. After I came back, I can see this kitten's wound get better. This is the first time I have Janice to be my cat sitter, and I would definitely hire her again.

Janice is amazing with my two kitties! One cat tends to be shy, but she warmed right up to Janice! The meet and greet went really well and it put my mind at ease knowing my kitties would be in great hands while I was away. Janice sent amazing picture, text, and video updates from the visit and it looked like my girls had so much fun with her! Janice is very fast at responding to messages and was purrfectly on time for the meet and greet. Janice was fabulous with all 4 of our cats who all have different personalities and needs. One is a geriatric kitty who needed daily meds and Janice did a great job. She went above and beyond to understand how all our kitty feeders worked to ensure everything was working properly. She was not only responsible but gave lots of love and care to all our cats.
