Mac was fantastic, I specially appreciate his very thorough updates. He does a fantastic job all over. On one visit my cat was hiding and he couldn't find her. Mac asked for hiding spots and came back for a shorter visit to make sure she was fine.

Mac watched our two cats over a weekend away and we could not have been happier with the communication and care shown throughout the visit. We have two very shy cats and Mac was so patient and kind to them, giving them time to adjust to a new person and coaxing them gently from hiding spots. The only thing I worry about when I go on vacations is leaving my cats in someone else’s care, but with Mac I have no worries whatsoever and can go with peace of mind! Mac stayed in contact every day sending me pictures and updates of how the cats were doing. He played with them, gave them treats, and did an excellent job with food and litter maintenance. My cats were well tended to and my shyest cat took to Mac right away! I was quite impressed because my shy boy usually gets so anxious the first day gone that he gets sick but this time my kitty had no incidents and greeted Mac daily. I returned home to two happy cats and no concerns. This is the second time Mac has taken care of my cats and I would happily book him again!

Our tuxedo is shy and slow to warm up, but by the end of the week, he was requesting Mac's affection (pictures included!) We (and more importantly, our boys) loved our visit with Mac. Our very shy boy who is usually anxious about most situations took immediately to Mac, I'm sure in no small measure due to Mac's easy going and kind presence.
