Mac took care of my cat for 2 weeks during the holiday and was awesome! He was consistent: updated me every single day upon his arrival, along with a detailed description of his time with my cat and included a bunch of photos. I'll begin by stating that Mac is an incredible cat-caretaker who is kind, meticulous, and patient. Our tuxedo is shy and slow to warm up, but by the end of the week, he was requesting Mac's affection (pictures included!) This was all thanks to Mac's expert varied approach at handling cats of all temperaments. Our sociable kitten, on the other hand, took to Mac immediately, and he matched her play needs at each visit. What's more is that Mac generously watered our cypress plant, charged the cats' automatic toys, and helped pick up disarrayed household items from midnight zoomie sessions. Mac also kept the litter and bowls in pristine condition. He was timely, focused on the cats and their care during his visits, and sent delightfully detailed written updates, along with several pictures of the cats to keep our minds at ease. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
