Mac was fantastic, I specially appreciate his very thorough updates. He does a fantastic job all over. On one visit my cat was hiding and he couldn't find her. Mac asked for hiding spots and came back for a shorter visit to make sure she was fine.

Mac watched our two cats over a weekend away and we could not have been happier with the communication and care shown throughout the visit. We have two very shy cats and Mac was so patient and kind to them, giving them time to adjust to a new person and coaxing them gently from hiding spots. Mac is great with our 3 cats. He sends wonderful updates and photos. He’s put in a lot of effort to get our shy cat to feel more comfortable (asking preferred toys/treats, etc). While she hasn’t totally come around she had days where she was more playful. Mac’s dedication to winning her over just shows how much he cares about the cats he takes care of.

I'll begin by stating that Mac is an incredible cat-caretaker who is kind, meticulous, and patient. Our tuxedo is shy and slow to warm up, but by the end of the week, he was requesting Mac's affection (pictures included!) This was all thanks to Mac's expert varied approach at handling cats of all temperaments. Our sociable kitten, on the other hand, took to Mac immediately, and he matched her play needs at each visit. What's more is that Mac generously watered our cypress plant, charged the cats' automatic toys, and helped pick up disarrayed household items from midnight zoomie sessions. The only thing I worry about when I go on vacations is leaving my cats in someone else’s care, but with Mac I have no worries whatsoever and can go with peace of mind! This was our first visit with Mac. He provided very detailed updates from the visit. We have quite the assortment of personalities and he juggled each of them well. Our outgoing cat immediately loved Mac and had a great time playing with him. Our shyest cat was even playing with him from under the bed!
