Mac is great with our 3 cats. He sends wonderful updates and photos. He’s put in a lot of effort to get our shy cat to feel more comfortable (asking preferred toys/treats, etc). While she hasn’t totally come around she had days where she was more playful. Mac’s dedication to winning her over just shows how much he cares about the cats he takes care of.

Mac is our go-to cat guru and expert! We have utilized his services and love for cats for about a year on a regular basis now and he always provides phenomenal care and attention to our cat! The only thing I worry about when I go on vacations is leaving my cats in someone else’s care, but with Mac I have no worries whatsoever and can go with peace of mind! Mac stayed in contact every day sending me pictures and updates of how the cats were doing. He played with them, gave them treats, and did an excellent job with food and litter maintenance. My cats were well tended to and my shyest cat took to Mac right away! I was quite impressed because my shy boy usually gets so anxious the first day gone that he gets sick but this time my kitty had no incidents and greeted Mac daily. Mac sent updates and photos everyday to let me know how the kitties were doing. When one of my cats had a few days of throwing up, he even offered to take the kitty to the vet. My kitties were always happy to see him, Mac must have that special kitty charm. He took care of everything as we discussed before I went out of town and promptly returned the key when I got back. This was our first visit with Mac. He provided very detailed updates from the visit. We have quite the assortment of personalities and he juggled each of them well. I'll begin by stating that Mac is an incredible cat-caretaker who is kind, meticulous, and patient. Our tuxedo is shy and slow to warm up, but by the end of the week, he was requesting Mac's affection (pictures included!) We (and more importantly, our boys) loved our visit with Mac. Our very shy boy who is usually anxious about most situations took immediately to Mac, I'm sure in no small measure due to Mac's easy going and kind presence.
