My kitties really enjoyed making a new friend in Shauna while we were away. She sent very detailed reports with photos and videos and everyone looked so happy. She handled their food motivation well and made sure everyone ate separately. Additionally, she made sure everyone felt some love by playing, brushing and petting everyone individually. We would 100% have Shauna come back! :)

We were so lucky to find Shauna here. She provided excellent, attentive care to our cat, who gets lonely when we're away. Shauna spent lots of time with her and sent me thorough daily updates that included pics and video. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
