He took the time out of his own busy schedule to meet us and kitties before our trip - to review meal plans, medication times, and other kitty preferences (e.g., toys, treats, litter). This helped a lot. Matt immediately put us at ease. After each visit, Matt gave thorough updates and wonderful (frameable) pictures 😻 You can tell he genuinely cares. I feel we got lucky, Matt will be our go-to cat sitter."
