I’ve never used Meowtel before and it was a first for me to hand over my key to a stranger, but the experience was wonderful! I would recommend Jannet to anyone looking for a cat sitter who truly cares about her role and the impact she has on cats and kittens. She really took the time to get to know each of my cats and their different personalities, and I loved reading her updates about how everyone was doing. I also have one cat who needs medication, and she handled everything perfectly. It was very clear that Lori genuinely cared about my cats and wanted to make sure they were comfortable, happy, and well cared for. I came home to seven happy kitties and everything in great shape. The other one of my cats is extremely shy around strangers and usually hides the entire time someone new is around, but she was actually able to get him to come out and play with her, which says a lot about how patient and comfortable she made him feel. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my cats were happy and well cared for while I was away. When my airline canceled my return flight I was able to re book with her so my kitties were taken care of I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy cat sitter!"

I am a huge worrier and our kitty has some medical issues so her I am very particular about her care and making sure everything is *exactly* right. I wrote out a ton of instructions for Hailee and bombarded her with messages and she was sooooo patient and caring. She followed the directions to a T and gave tons of updates and pictures and videos and really let us feel at ease.
