"Erika set up a meet and greet before hand and was super sweet, detail oriented and caring. she made sure to take notes of how many litter boxes, snack locations, hiding places, etc before the actual appointment. She made sure to send plenty of photos, and do the necessary maintenance during the actual appointment, she even brought in my mail and swept around the litter box!"

"it was our first time using Bethany, but won’t be our last. we were away for two weeks and, while gone, our old cat had a medical emergency. Bethany communicated throughout the entire event, took our cat to the vet after hours, helped us Face Time with the vet while on the middle of a cruise, and stayed with our cat until the very end (we decided to let her go). she also coordinated with the cremation company on our behalf since our phones weren’t working. I cannot recommend her enough…she truly went above and beyond without any hesitation or making us fee as though she was inconvenienced. she also took extra care with our remaining, shy cat to make sure he was ok afterwards. I’d give her a 20/10 if I could."
