"it was our first time using Bethany, but won’t be our last. we were away for two weeks and, while gone, our old cat had a medical emergency. Bethany communicated throughout the entire event, took our cat to the vet after hours, helped us Face Time with the vet while on the middle of a cruise, and stayed with our cat until the very end (we decided to let her go). she also coordinated with the cremation company on our behalf since our phones weren’t working. I cannot recommend her enough…she truly went above and beyond without any hesitation or making us fee as though she was inconvenienced. she also took extra care with our remaining, shy cat to make sure he was ok afterwards. I’d give her a 20/10 if I could."
