Gretchen has cat-sat for us several times now and she is wonderful! Our cats clearly love her, as evidenced by all the photos and videos Gretchen sends of them hanging out with her. She’s always willing to follow our ridiculous instructions and keeps us updated when she comes and goes. We super appreciate Gretchen making it possible for us to get a weekend away, while having peace of mind about our house and fur babies! The kitties hope she will come back and visit with them again in the future!

This is the second time we’ve had Gretchen as our cat sitter. She takes the time to play with Juni and makes sure to give her good attention! We can tell our cat Juni is comfortable around Gretchen. We always know our cat is in good hands and would highly recommend her.

Gretchen was incredible with both Muna and Numan. Muna requires medication and this was my first time leaving town while Muna needed meds. Gretchen went above and beyond to ensure she received her medication and gave updates along the way. I would gladly have Gretchen back to take care of my fur babies.

Gretchen was our first experience with Meowtel and hiring a cat sitter in general, and we had a very smooth time. She made friends with our slightly skittish cats quickly, got them all fed, and went above and beyond in putting food out for the strays we feed in the backyard as well. This was our first time using Meowtel (or any service like this, for that matter) instead of having friends/family watch our cats. Gretchen did a wonderful job! She was not only receptive of my completely neurotic instruction packet lol, but our cats loved her! Even our upstairs princess hung out downstairs with Gretchen and the other cats. The daily pics were great and reassuring :-). Gretchen was speedy and detailed with all the planning messages ahead of time and was great at the meet and greet (despite me being an anxious cat mom). We appreciated her willingness to help us out this weekend and will definitely be hiring her in the future. :-)

Gretchen charmed my two boys and took fantastic care of them. I loved the pictures and it was a relief that she tenaciously was able to get medication into our tricky Siamese. Highly recommend!

This was our second time asking Gretchen to help us out! She’s been great both times. Always responsive and closes the loop. The whole process of looking for and booking a cat sitter for my boy was easy and a life saver for me. Gretchen was FANTASTIC to work with. We set a time to meet, she was "on time" "masked up" and just as kind as could be. Tubby went right over to her.
