I especially appreciated the regular updates, complete with plenty of photos and videos (which she thoughtfully mentioned she would provide ahead of time). Since this was my first time leaving my cats for an overnight trip, her attentiveness and communication made a huge difference. "I have a really messy cluttered house and 12 cats. One of them being sick. Michelle wasn’t judgemental at all and she understood what it was like living in a dirty messy house. I was so relieved. She did a wonderful job doing everything I asked and sent me updates along with pictures. She sent me pictures of the litterboxes after every time she cleaned them, pictures of the cats eating after she fed them, and pictures of her daughter giving my sick cat her dietary supplements(her daughter is more experienced with sick cats so I said it was okay for her to come along too). The daily updates put my mind at ease knowing that my babies were in good hands!! I will be booking her again next time I need them to be watched! Thank you so much Michelle!!!🫀🫀"
