"This was my first time booking a cat sitter and using Meowtel and Paola was able to guide me through my first booking with her and setting up the meet and greet with ease. Paola was wonderful taking care of my cat while I was away, sending me picture and video updates. She followed my feeding, cleaning, and playing instructions perfectly which helped put my mind at ease since this was my first time leaving my cat behind and being so far away from her. "This was the first time we booked Kat's service for our 3 kitties while we were away for 5 days. Kat was very reliable, courteous, and updated us and our backup friends (as we worried that we would not have good internet service) after every visit. Our three cats are shy with strangers but Kat tried to capture their photos to send to us. After we moved into this neighborhood, we lost our previous cat sitting service as they do not cover this area. We have used another platform to find sitters but were very disappointed. But with Kat, we are very happy and we will definitely book Kat's service in the future."

I knew Sandrine was the right choice during the initial home visit; Blossom usually hides from strangers, but she stayed out the entire time. Sandrine visited 6 times over a long weekend, providing wonderful photo updates after every visit. Blossom isn't always the friendliest, but she clearly loved Sandrine—she even purred while being pet! I can’t recommend Sandrine enough for her patience and reliability.
