"Kelcie is flat out amazing. Our geriatric cat absolutely loves her, and is so excited to see her whenever we are away. He has a number of medical needs, including the need to be administered multiple medications, but she makes it look easy. She recently cared for our cat on short notice so that we could attend to an unforeseen family emergency, and she was a godsend. Kelcie maintains the highest standards of professionalism and reliability, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Thank you, Kelcie!!"

She responded to messages quickly, set up a meet and greet at a mutually convenient time, spent almost 45 mins with us, tried to meet our two kitties to establish rapport right away. She paid attention to all the feeding and care instructions. And agreed upon how best to care for our cats. She was patient with our shy cat and managed to get her to come out from her hiding place. Arden sent us multiple pictures and videos of every visit and we could see how comfortable the cats were in her presence. She was quick to connect with us when our community gate had issues. She handled the whole visit very well and I highly recommend her services. We are going to book Arden again soon."
