He even had us do a test run during the meet and greet to make sure she felt comfortable with him administering the medications. It’s been difficult to feel like we can go out of town with these new medical changes, but Tim was so amazing to both our girls that we felt like we could put our worries down and know they were in the best care."

They were greeting her at the door by the time the reservation was done which is rare for them! Photo updates were at consistent times every day and the kitties did great. We also have a difficult to access apartment with complex instructions, and Jocelyn was great at working around it."
