"This was our first time opening up our home to someone outside of family, so we were definitely nervous, especially with three fur babies and one of them recently being diagnosed with diabetes. We had been hesitant to even book a vacation because we weren’t sure who we could trust to care for them the way we would. We searched the internet for different options and came across Kyle, who, similar to us, also has a cat with diabetes. Once we met him in person, I knew we made the right choice. Kyle made sure to ask all the right questions and thought through different scenarios ahead of time. It was clear right away that he’s experienced and knows what he’s doing. Every time he arrived at our apartment, he let us know and gave us a detailed update on how everything was going, along with several pictures of our cats, which we really enjoyed. He also made sure to give them plenty of love and attention, which we really appreciated, and I know they did too. To say Kyle exceeded my expectations is an understatement. He really helped put our concerns at ease and allowed us to actually relax and enjoy our vacation knowing our cats were in good hands. We’re extremely grateful and would absolutely trust him with our fur babies again. Thank you Kyle!"

Sophie acted immediately, contacted us right away, and quite honestly, her quick response may have saved his life. We rushed home as soon as we heard, but throughout the entire ordeal, Sophie kept in constant communication with us, checked on our baby and even went to visit him in the ER. Her kindness, compassion and dedication to the kitties in her care went above and beyond anything we could have expected from a pet sitter. She cared for Mingus like he was her own. During our two week-long travel abroad, Sophie took such good care of our two kittens, providing them the emotional support they needed, while also providing us assurance through daily text updates and (very cute) photos - these really gave us peace of mind. Sophie clearly knows how to care for cats of different personalities - both our kittens warmed up to her very quickly and looked forward to her daily visits. Sophie played with them, fed them wet meals, cleaned their bowls, changed their drinking water, scooped and changed their litter boxes. Sophie was super attentive to the health and safety of our cats! She notified us when there were changes to their stool consistency and took care to remove items that they were chewing on. When the kittens were unwell and in cones during a prior visit, Sophie was able to skillfully and calmly apply eye drops/ointment for both. We highly recommend Sophie for looking after your cats while you are away!"

"When our beloved cat Lili fell seriously ill, we were terrified and heartbroken. What followed was one of the most stressful periods our family has ever faced — but Kaylee made all the difference in the world. From the very first visit, Kaylee’s warmth and genuine compassion were unmistakable. She didn’t just treat Lili as a patient — she treated her as the cherished member of our family that she is. We were stuck in California because of the blizzard in Boston but her great care immediately put both Lili and us at ease. She took her to the vet twice and stayed all day by her side until we returned close to midnight. The vet told us she was extroidinary. All through those days she fed Lili by hand keeping her alive. She ventured out during the worst of the storm to make sure Lili and Cooper were ok. What truly set Kaylee apart was her attentiveness. She followed up regularly to check on Lili’s progress. We always felt like we were her only priority — even knowing how many other animals and families she was caring for. Thanks to Kaylee’s expert, tireless care, Lili survived until we returned. Lili did pass the next day but she kept her alive until we were reunited. We are convinced that her dedication made Lili’s time on Earth loved and cared for. We booked her for a standard trip, but partway through, our cat Freya developed a medical issue that quickly escalated. She kept a close eye on the wound, kept us informed every step of the way, and ultimately took Freya to urgent care, where she received imaging and needed staples. What stood out most was not just her responsiveness, but her judgment and care. She handled everything with such calm, thoughtfulness, and professionalism during a stressful situation. She also went well beyond what was originally scheduled, staying overnight so Freya wouldn’t be alone, administering medications, and coordinating with others to ensure there was always someone with her.
