"Shannon was able to accommodate me same day, last minute, when I needed someone urgently to feed my bottle babies. she is a TRUE HERO ! I understood her hesitancy to come given we didn’t do a meet & greet. She went ABOVE & BEYOND and managed with photos and directions provided haven never seen my home before or the babies. I had asked her to feed my 5 babies & stimulate them to urinate. She did so and took her time to make sure each was nice and full. Shannon sent PICTURES of my babies and how much they ate. Shannon CLEANED UP. I will definitely recommend Shannon to anyone especially mommas that are DETAIL ORIENTED in how they want their kittens/cats cared for."

She even explained to us how to fix our litter robot and offered to do it herself while we were away! Genuinely, you will not regret hiring Ella. She deserves 500 stars."

"I have never my babies alone for an extended period. I was a bit worried since I was going to be out of the country for 5-6 days. Kate immediately made me feel comfortable from the start. I met her the day before I left and gave her a run down for each cat. My cats can be very shy so I made sure to mention they might not come out at all. Kate updated me daily with pictures and videos which helped me so much. I was speechless when she sent a video with each of my fur babies out which doesn’t even happen with regular guests! She is magical apparently. Lol. I loved that my babies did not miss out on their daily wet food and had clean water. It definitely helped me enjoy my time away even more. I’ll 100% be a repeat customer."

My favorite part was seeing pictures of her actually playing with and petting my cats. You could tell they trusted her. Honestly, the kitty butts must’ve really liked her because she even got the full family treatment—a classic cat temper tantrum and all 😂 Every update felt thoughtful and a little different each day, which I really loved. She also let me know when she found throw up on one of the days she came to the apartment so I would be aware of the situation. "We recently had to leave Yuki for 20 days and were quite anxious about how she would cope. Stress can have significantly harmful effects on cats, and to complicate things, Yuki had just developed chin acne that required treatment. Under Heather’s diligent daily care, though, Yuki did exceptionally well. We received daily updates and lots of photos that made us smile, giving us peace of mind that our little family member was in good hands. Her acne even cleared up while we were away. Heather is outstanding; quick, responsive, and attentive. She kept Yuki well-fed and happy, which meant we could actually relax during our trip. She also went above and beyond by keeping our plants watered. 12/10 rating :)"
